🌿🎨 How to Heal Chronic Pain Through Creativity, Breath & Gentle Movement β˜•

Join us at Mo Coco's for the first session of a monthly Fall/Winter series led by local artist and Trauma-Informed E-RYT 200, Tammy Chouinard.

πŸ“… Sunday, September 13
πŸ•› 12:00–2:00 PM
πŸ’² $25

This month's focus is Back Pain, one of the most common chronic pain concerns. During this supportive, hands-on class, Tammy will explore how the nervous system can influence chronic pain and share gentle practices using breath, movement, and creativity to help reduce tension and promote well-being.

Participants will also create a meaningful mixed-media collage on an 8" x 10" canvas, combining provided materials with any paper or fabric items they'd like to bring from home. It's a creative, reflective experience that encourages self-expression while learning practical tools you can continue using beyond the class.

Whether you're living with chronic pain or simply interested in learning more about the connection between creativity, the nervous system, and overall wellness, this class offers a welcoming space to explore and create.

✨ Upcoming topics in the series:
πŸ‚ October – Headaches
🍁 November – Digestive Health
❄️ December – Pelvic Pain
